- Agricultural Heritage Park
The Red Barn, Dairy Barn and silos across from the athletic
complex will be restored to working order with an addition
of an amphitheater and pavilion to provoke agricultural learning
that displays the area's history. Projected opening date -
summer 2002.

- The museum is dedicated to honor Auburn's athletic past.
Documenting all of the intercollegiate sports played by Auburn
men and women down through the years, the museum shows people
how athletic programs have contributed to Auburn's historical
traditions. Recognizes some of America's most well-known athletes
with high-tech interactive exhibits, life-size talking dioramas
and traditional displays.

Home for Auburn University's permanent collection of American
and European art. Will include eight exhibition galleries,
gift shop, restaurant, auditorium and a series of formal gardens
incorporating sculpture and water features. Collections include
Georgia O'Keefe and John James Audubon prints. Will host traveling
exhibitions, lecturers and other special events. Projected
opening date - summer 2002.

This 1845 Trade Center (stucco and plaster building) houses
vintage clothing, quilts, old toys and furniture. There is
a furnished log cabin, blacksmith shop, Indian teepee and
farm tool display. Donations accepted.

The museum tells the story of the area's history and growth
through exhibits of more than 3,000 artifacts. Special areas
of interest are the doll collection, history of industrial
technology, WWI & WWII, Civil War, pioneer household goods
